a fair stay overall
convenient locationnearby marketearly paymentworn bedding
the location proved very convenient. stores and restaurants surrounded the hotel. i also found a fresh market nearby. this gave the area a nostalgic vibe, maybe from the 90s. the metro, tram, and bus were all within easy reach.
the hotel collected payment from my card weeks in advance. this happened even though it was advertised as "payment at the venue". the bedding seemed quite worn. i felt it hinted at a lack of attention to maintenance.

fish marketrude staff
The entrance reeked of fish. This was due to the proximity to a local fish market. the room felt outdated and small, quite disappointing overall. the rooftop pool was closed. i found the staff at the reception desk to be quite rude. This compounded the negative experience.
